Character Name:
Bryce Albright
Nickname:
Absolute Champion; Lifeblood of Professional Wrestling
Hometown:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Height:
6'3
Weight:
249 lbs
Alignment:
Sympathetic Babyface
In-Ring Style:
Very basic wrestling maneuvers. He is technically sound, and generally keeps to what he knows best. He will very rarely, if ever fly across the ring or use power striking. He gets opponents down, lays on them and wears down the neck or back for his finishers.
Bio:
Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Bryce Albright took an interest to wrestling from an early age. No, not that WWE wrestling you search on your television set; he enjoyed amateur wrestling. With the help of his father he took the high school amateur wrestling circuit by storm. By the age of 16, he had already been offered scholarships to universities across Canada. Having graduated with a degree in accounting, Bryce took his wrestling talents to Windsor. There he was trained by 'Textbook' Tyson Dux, and like he did years ago, took Canada's pro wrestling circuit by storm. In the last two years, he has made his way through the 'States; had some memorable feuds. He even garnered the nickname the "Absolute Champion of Wrestling" thanks to a title of the same name.
Attire:
Bryce often wears a simple black singlet with a red Canadian maple leaf pattern cross diagonally from left shoulder to right hip. On the right side, "Albright" is written in red. He wears low boots, large knee pads, and white wrist tape that covers his dominant hand and forearm.
Theme song:
'Prison Riot' by Flosstradomus (starts at 0:35)
Pic Base:
Jack Swagger
Entrance:
Smoke fills the entrance way.
Dong
"Fuck it! Act up like a motherfuckin' prison riot!"
Bryce walks backward out from the curtain wearing a black, hooded jacket with the drop. The heavy bass gets the crowd bumping, head banging, moshing and otherwise acting rowdy. As he spins to face the ring he whips off the hood and stretches his arms out wide to pose for the riotous crowd. As if to create the perfect contrast, Bryce calmly walks to the ring never breaking eye-contact with his opponent. As he hits the ring side he bounces in place before quickly sliding into the ring and aggressively walking toward his opponent to stare him down.
The ref tries to back Bryce away, but for a fleeting moment Bryce does not allow himself to be moved. Bryce surrenders, his hands raised as he backs into his own corner doing his best not to break eye-contact.
Favorite moves:
1) Hammer Lock
2) Double Leg Takedown
3) ARMBAR!
4) Gutwrench Suplex
5) Biel Throw
6) Oklahoma Stampede
7) Abdominal Stretch w/ Elbow to Ribs
8) Stalling Vertical Suplex
9) Arm Wrench w/ Elbows to Face
10) Corner Splash
Signature move(s):
1) Chase Utley Rule - Low Dropkick to Knee, commonly used against high-flyers to ground them.
2) Number-One Bitch Maker - Crossface Chicken Wing
Finisher(s):
1) Actual Literal Death Valley Driver or ALDVD (Main) - A death valley driver / fireman's carry neckbreaker where Bryce more or less spikes the opponent's head into the ground. Bryce can pull this out of no where as a reversal to pretty much any move.
2) Actual Literal Death or ALD (Big match only) - A triple german suplex with a bridge pin on the third suplex. If the opponents kicks out of the bridge Albright will hold the waist lock and roll into five more german suplexes before bridging for the guaranteed three count.
Manager (optional): Wilfred Albright (Dutch Mantell) - a heel manager to a babyface wrestler that enjoys torturing his client in order to make him better. Wilfred will often get booed while Bryce will relish in the cheers.
