Character Name: Peter Preston Petrangelo
Nickname: 3P
Hometown: Las Vegas, NV
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 241 lbs
Alignment: Heel
In-Ring Style: Brawler/Dirty/Showboat
Bio: He’s a silver-spooned, spoiled brat who has been able to buy his way through anything and to anything, including a good wrestling school. A graduate of the Mean Machine School of Wrestling, as well as attending independent classes around the US, Canada and Japan in a short span of time, thanks to trust funding, he has been able to absorb many styles, as much as possible.
His title and status definitely influence how he acts, both behind and through the curtain, avoiding anyone that he feels is “undeserving” of his attention, which means essentially everyone, including the champions. He’s always strutting through locker rooms and backstage areas, acting like he owns the place, which was closer to the truth than fiction.
He has a storied history with a few different companies, hiding the fact that he owns a primary share bought out of each of those companies in order to buy the bookers’ push, laughing off any and all accusations of hostile takeover until he drains the companies’ coffers dry on silly exploits and gambling.
Attempting the same thing with NBW, it didn’t happen, so he figured that he prove his position and earn the best contract he can and suck the company dry that way.
He is one of the cockiest wrestlers imaginable, modeled off Mr. Perfect and MVP at their prime. He has no actual regard for the talent, except his own, and is known for “accidentally” hurting wrestlers. Of course, he buys his way out of accusations like this, but he is a solid professional enough to know when and how to do his job, although he will throw a fit when he loses.
Attire: Short tights, "3P" on the rear end; hands and wrists are taped; entrance attire varies but gives off the Ric Flair vibe
Theme song: "The Whole World" - Outkast Feat. Cadillac
Pic Base: Elijah Burke/D'Angelo Dinero
Entrance: The lights go out.
"Okay. Here we go."
These lyrics come before a single white spotlight shines amidst the blue and gold lights, pointing down at 3P, sparkling in all his glory in the Ric Flair inspired robe or leather jacket, pure white wifebeater and dark-wash black jeans with chains of gold and platinum around his neck (alternate attire). Each chain hold a pendant that reflects miniature models of all the titles he has won across the many territories he has wrestled in, whether by in-ring or backstage means.
As the music plays and 3P struts and grooves to the ring, Robert, the massive enforcer of 3P's real life entourage, shadows his employer, even though 3P is already a third of the way to the ring before Robert emerges from behind the curtain. He is dressed in black cargo pants, a black t-shirt (can also be of assorted colors, but black is most common) and a pair of large combat boots. The t-shirt fits properly, but it is still so tight around his body that his muscles stand out heavily against the cotton.
3P stops at the end of the entrance way, as Robert slowly walks past him. His height and weight are enough for him to grab the second rope, as 3P goes up the steel steps, and pull it down for his employer to step through the ropes without having to touch them. Robert lets go as 3P takes his place either in the center of the ring (if he comes out first) or in his corner. Robert then takes his place away from the apron (until called for) and watches the curtain, to detract any unplanned appearances from other members of the roster.
Favorite moves:
Low blow
Chop block
Haymaker punches
Boxing combination
Leg kicks
High knee in the corner
Running diving knees to opponent seated against corner
Bitch slap
Signature move(s):
Blatant kick to the groin
- self-explanatory
Backstabber
- grabs the neck from behind, jumps back and drives knees into the spine of the opponent
Blatant Choke
Finisher(s):
Heart Punch – Only difference with this one is that he pulls a set of brass knuckles from a hidden place and delivers the blow without referee interference.
Burning Hammer – Stolen from KENTA, regardless of its danger value, 3P sometimes spikes his opponent if he doesn’t like them. The opponent is set on 3P’s shoulders in a reverse fireman’s carry, then bringing them down like a Death Valley Driver.
Silver Spoon – Piledriver into Liontamer, to work the neck as cruelly and violently as possible; a career ender if done correctly.
