Out second PPV is next Sunday. Before we reach that milestone, I'd like to get to know about your impressions and concerns going to this next phase with our promotion. I want to be an actor's director. The more we can learn from you guys, the better my booking crew and I can apply that to future shows. Let me know what's on your mind right now as we face down the barrel of another big show. - M

I think a bigger roster is needed to put our titles into play. I think the idea of Storying some titles is a good thing like how we did in the original inception of this blood fueled monster.
Just my two cents

I love the community vibe we have here.
The most glaring problem I see is inactivity. Out of 10 people booked last week only 5 promoed. I think the ones who show week in and week out should be given opportunity to represent the company and the ones who consistently no show should be gotten rid of.

Not a knock on anybody, just if your not gonna show up why should the admins and writers give it their all for you? Anyway, so far i feel the place is doing pretty solid for a new fed. i mean we got two shows up and a good sized roster for someplace fairly new. There was two new feds i joined a few months back that didn't even get to the first show or even 10 people on their roster, so it's for sure a plus so far. Just gotta keep at it and stuff. I'll try tweeting out shows and what not on twitter and stuff too, because people do click on those to see what it is.

Below has been a part of our bylaws for a couple weeks. I agree with your frustrations too. We haven't had enough shows to make drastic changes atm, but I am prepared to follow these steps to prolong our activity:
3. Weekly Deadline Sunday 9 pm eastern time (US). Shows will post around 9 to Midnight the following Monday. - If you cannot meet a deadline please contact "The Master" before posting time. I am lenient, but more so, speaking to me via pm prevents the boards from being clogged with extension requests and other private responses. Provision R - Anyone that has multiple no shows without speaking to management might appear in Ronin Division contests.
